Living in Dallas Texas Team

"Recently I was in search of a property in Dallas area. I live in Florida so I needed a good realtor that could handle the search for me. I did not find a good realtor I found a great one! Zak advised on properties, sent me videos and detailed information on them, spoke to neighbors to gather information on the community. He also kept up with all parties involved to make sure paperwork and items were on track for closing date. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the property I was interested in. He also negotiated a fair purchase price and any other financial matters that came with the property. I am extremely happy with his services and all the help and guidance he provided. I highly recommend his services. I also found the videos shared by the Living in Dallas team very helpful in narrowing my choices of cities to live in the Dallas area"

"I want to thank Travis and his team for making my move from Hawaii to Frisco less painful. The video calls to assess my needs and wants were very well received. The honest answers to my questions were welcomed, and not once did I feel any pressure or feel misled. Travis took the time to really listen and made me feel like I was working with a family member. Lastly, you really get the sense that they put their clients' happiness over commission."

"As a first-time buyer with zero knowledge of the process, I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through one of the biggest decisions of my life. They walked me through every piece of paperwork, connected me with trusted lenders and inspectors, and kept the entire experience remarkably low-stress from start to finish. Levi and Travis impressed me with their deep knowledge of DFW housing market trends which gave me real confidence when evaluating neighborhoods. A special shoutout to Margaret, who went above and beyond throughout the process. Her flexibility in scheduling, promptness in submitting and executing documents, and genuine feel for whether a location was the right fit made all the difference. Whether you're new to buying or a seasoned homeowner, and whether you're relocating from across town or across the country, the Living In Dallas Texas Team is an exceptional partner. They take the time to truly understand what you're looking for and help you find the best fit in DFW. Highly recommend!"
